Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl underwood is an American actress who is also a comedian, host and TV actress popular for her performance in The Talk's daytime co-host role. Born in Arkansas she grew up in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in a difficult family. She was a child of trouble, watching over her sick sister Frankie. While growing up, Sheryl had many problems with her mother. Sheryl claimed that at one instance, she was stabbed by her mother her son's father as she got close to her. Sheryl became a military officer after graduating from college. Her interest was in comedy. In 1989, she became the first woman in history to reach the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. Her TV profession began in the year 1992, as an actor on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. In 2000 she hosted Oh Drama! Oh Drama! Then in 2011, she started appearing for The Talk as co-host. In addition she has also been in fictional roles on shows like Bulworth Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
